WHICH COMPRESSION LEVEL?
15–20 mmHg is our everyday compression. It's a great place to start if you're new to compression or want support for travel, work, pregnancy, sitting, standing, or long days on your feet.
20–30 mmHg gives you a firmer squeeze and more significant support. If you're using compression for a medical condition or have been prescribed compression, follow your healthcare provider's recommendation.
Same BENNEY sock. You pick how tight you want it.
HOW TO PUT THEM ON
Compression socks are supposed to be tight. It kind of comes with the territory.
Put them on first thing in the morning when your legs are typically least swollen. Instead of pulling them on like regular knee socks, turn the sock partially inside out, position the heel, and gradually roll it up your leg. Make sure the toe box is pulled all the way down and sitting comfortably around your toes.
